What are the most significant barriers for people with disabilities to live independently?

You voluntary participation in this survey will help assess the community needs for people with disabilities. The results will help the Southwest Center for Independent Living (SCIL) evaluate current programs and services, as well as, assist in planning and prioritizing for our future programs and services in our service area in these southwest Missouri counties: Christian, Dallas, Greene, Lawrence, Polk, Stone, Taney and Webster.
